DEAN ANDERSON
Managing Director - Mr. Anderson has been a Managing
Director with Inverness since 2009.
Previously, Mr. Anderson was a Managing Director and
Co-Head of the Special Situations Group of American
Capital, Ltd and a Managing Director of Questor Partners
Fund. He received an MBA with High Distinction from
the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan
and a B.A. Degree in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.

JAMES C. COMIS, III
Managing General Partner - Mr. Comis is the Managing
Partner and a co-founder of the Inverness Funds. Mr.
Comis has an extensive history of investing in financial
services, aviation, logistics and business services
transactions. Mr. Comis received a B.S. degree from
Georgetown University.

W. MCCOMB DUNWOODY (Retired)
Mr. Dunwoody is a co-founder of the Inverness Funds.
Prior to founding Inverness, Mr. Dunwoody started
the Corporate Finance Department of First City National
Bank of Houston and was a member of the Corporate
Finance Departments of The First Boston Corporation
and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Dunwoody
received a B.A. Degree with Honors from the University
of Texas.
ROBERT N. SHEEHY, JR.
Managing Director - Mr. Sheehy has been a Managing
Director with Inverness for nearly 25 years. Mr. Sheehy
received a Masters of Public and Private Management
from Yale University and received a B.S. Degree in
Economics with Distinction from Swarthmore College.
